This is a simple but different dish with a surprising flavor that will please most taste buds. The spicy accent to the peanut sauce is really a fun new taste. Very simple with few ingredients this is a meal that will be remembered. This works well with fish, shrimp, or chicken or you could mix it up. Lots of ways you could modify this to make it new again.

¼ cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
Minced garlic to Taste (1 Teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon)
1/3 cup warm to hot water
Ginger 1 Teaspoon
Dash of hot sauce or to taste

Stir together and set aside

Whole wheat spaghetti – I used about half a box (would be 3-4 servings)
Cooked seafood or meat.  Shrimp is good or some chicken strips (About a pound)
Veggies – bag of broccoli slaw, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, package of stir fry veggies.

Cook noodles, drain and return to pot.  Stir in meat, veggies and sauce.  I just put the shredded veggies in with the hot noodles straight from the package so they get warm but stay a bit crisp.
